Standard Delivery
Free for orders of $199.99 and above and $15 for orders below this value.

Express Shipping
Orders of $199.99 and above may opt for Express Shipping for a flat fee of $15. Orders below $199.99 will be charged $25 for Express Shipping.

Shipping Policy
- Orders placed before 2.00pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day of order, all orders after 2.00pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
- Free Local Delivery for a 5km Radius from the Store (Shop 10 /165-167 Argyle street Camden 2570 Camden NSW. ($50 minimum spend).
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not classed as business days.
- Where the customer gives 'Authority to Leave', you authorise the delivery driver to leave your parcel unattended at your shipping address and you take full responsibility for the parcel once it is scanned as delivered. We are unable to pursue any claims for lost items once the parcel is scanned as delivered.
- Authority to Leave cannot be given for high value items and/or orders, even if the customer requests this.
- We primarily use Sendle or Australia Post services, but reserve the right to use a courier service for our Standard Delivery option at any time. This may be due to high delivery costs to a particular address, delays being experienced by Australia Post / Sendle or for any other reason we deem necessary.
- Once collected from us, the timeframe for delivery will depend on Australia Post/Sendle (or the courier service if applicable), and is out of our control. While we find delivery to most addresses is usually quite fast, if you're in a hurry for an item, we recommend opting for Express shipping as a precaution.

Returns & Refund Policy
Run Trails have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please send your return to the above address or instore. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the the product was faulty or wrong item received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, For health and safety, change of mind returns cannot be accepted for underwear, creams, powders or food/nutrition products, even if the original packaging appears intact.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
No Restocking Fees
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
