At Run Trails, we’re committed to fast and reliable delivery. Please review the information below to understand our shipping options, processing times, and delivery details.
Order Processing
- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
- No dispatch occurs on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
Delivery Methods
We primarily use Sendle or Australia Post, but we may use other reputable courier services based on location, delivery times, or cost efficiency. We only offer shipping within Australia.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
- If you select Authority to Leave, you allow the delivery to be left unattended at your address.
- You accept full responsibility once the parcel is marked as delivered.
- ATL is not available for high-value orders, regardless of customer request.
Free Local Delivery
- Free local delivery within a 5km radius of our Camden store.
- Requires a minimum order of $50.
- Store Address: Shop 10 / 165-167 Argyle Street, Camden NSW 2570.
