Shipping
We, only Ship within Australia.
Standard Delivery
Free for orders of $199.99 and above and $15 for orders below this value.
· Same day Handling and package Monday to Saturday
· Delivery 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Express Shipping
Orders of $199.99 and above may opt for Express Shipping for a flat fee of $15. Orders below $199.99 will be charged $25 for Express Shipping.

We use Australia Post, Sendle or couriers for our Shipping.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Return & Refund Policy
Run Trails have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@runtrails.com.au Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Shop 10 / 165-167 Argyle street Camden NSW 2570 or returned in store.
If your return is accepted, please send your return to the above address or instore. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the the product was faulty or wrong item received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, For health and safety, change of mind returns cannot be accepted for underwear, creams, powders or food/nutrition products, even if the original packaging appears intact.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
No Restocking Fees
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, we offer exchanges on our products, please ensure the product has not be used and is still in original packaging. please refer to our Refund and exchange policy

At Run Trails, we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return window
from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns

original tags, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If
you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so
we can resolve the issue promptly.

Run Club
Run Club is Free, come on down and enjoy like minded runners.
We meet in front of the shop every Thursday night at 6.00pm start time.
You need to be able to walk / jog a 5km distance, a good attitude. You will need a good head torch during the non daylight saving times. Any other questions please reach out to us.
