At Run Trails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

❗ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To start your return, please email us at sales@runtrails.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you can:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was faulty, damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items for Refund

The below items can be exchanged or refunded as store credit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
