Why The Arm?

Optical heart rate sensors work by using light to measure blood flow in capillaries beneath the skin. The top of your wrist is a convenient place for a watch but is a challenging location for even the best sensors. Wearing on the arm offers our optical sensor an optimal amount of blood flow to gather heart rate data with accuracy equivalent to that of a traditional chest strap

Order Processing

- Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
- No dispatch occurs on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Delivery Methods

We primarily use Sendle or Australia Post, but we may use other reputable courier services based on location, delivery times, or cost efficiency. We only offer shipping within Australia.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

- If you select Authority to Leave, you allow the delivery to be left unattended at your address.
- You accept full responsibility once the parcel is marked as delivered.
- ATL is not available for high-value orders, regardless of customer request.

At Run Trails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
